Adam Sandler bringing tour to Las Vegas

World-renowned comedic legend Adam Sandler is extending his sold-out tour with an exclusive, two-night engagement at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on Friday, 9 December and Saturday, 10 December.

A powerhouse comedian, actor and musician, Sandler earns his triple-threat status as one of Hollywood’s most sought-after actors, boasting box office hits such as “Grown Ups,” “50 First Dates,” “Happy Gilmore,” and “The Waterboy” to name a few. Recently, Sandler starred in a series of major Netflix releases including “Murder Mystery” alongside Jennifer Aniston, the viral Safdie Brothers’ drama “Uncut Gems” and the 2022 basketball tale “Hustle.”

A comedian at heart, Sandler’s comedy albums on Warner Bros. Records are Platinum Certified and collectively have sold more than six million copies to date. In 2018, Netflix released “100% Fresh,” Sandler’s first comedic special in over 20 years.

Sandler will bring his unique brand of comedy and song back to North America this Fall starting 20 October in Uncasville, Connecticut. The 2022 fall outing dates includes stops in Las Vegas, Manchester, Boston, Belmont Park, Tampa and more.

The Cosmopolitan holds successful veteran's career fair

On 31 August, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas partnered with 50 top employers from across Southern Nevada to host Supporting Our Veterans Career Fair at the resort.

The first veteran hiring event of its kind, The Cosmopolitan opened its doors to a variety of businesses and industries in an effort to assist veterans and military families with employment. The event, open to veterans, active military and military spouses, gave more than 350 job seekers from all military branches with various skill sets the opportunity to explore employment options and speak with hiring managers. Event highlights included a photo booth for job seekers to upload photos to their LinkedIn account as well as patriotic cookies and 'mocktails' created by the resort's Chef Mixologist Mariena Mercer.

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas continues to actively support the veteran and active military community. Earlier this month, the resort was awarded the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Seven Seals Award, which recognizes the support of the men and women who serve America in the National Guard and Reserve.
