Golden Nugget Las Vegas welcomes 11th annual Grand Poker Series

Golden Nugget - Las Vegas Hotel and Casino proudly presents the 11th annual Grand Poker Series 29 May - 3 July 2018, hosted in the Grand Event Center with more than 90 poker tournaments spread across 36 days ranging in both buy-in amounts and poker disciplines.

Of the 90-plus events on the schedule, 18 are in forms other than Hold'Em, including stand-alone Omaha 8 or Better, Pot Limit Omaha, Stud and Big-O events, along with mixed game formats including Razz, Stud, Stud 8 or Better, Pot Limit Omaha, Omaha 8 or Better, 2-7 Triple Draw and Big-O.

"We're excited to usher in the 11th anniversary of the Grand Poker Series at Golden Nugget," said Andy Rich, Golden Nugget Las Vegas Director of Poker Operations. Frankie Moreno - 2, 9, 16, 23 March: Golden Nugget Las Vegas welcomes to the stage Frankie Moreno for a six-week limited engagement starting 2 March. The sensational singer, songwriter, and showman will bring his high-energy music and lively stage antics to The Showroom for performances 2 March - 13 April at 8 p.m. Fusing old-school soul with modern rock and roll, Moreno draws audiences to their feet with a commanding set list of pop standards, contemporary chart toppers, and original songs.
Whiskey Revival - 11 March: Enjoy sample tastings of artisan whiskies, American craft spirits, moonshines and barrel aged beers, live entertainment and Southern Cuisine. Experience mixology and educational classes led by distillery owners and brand ambassadors.

Of the over 90 events on the schedule, 18 are in forms other than Hold'em, including stand alone Omaha 8 or Better, Pot Limit Omaha and Big-O events, along with mixed game formats including Razz, Stud, Stud 8 or Better, Pot Limit Omaha, Omaha 8 or Better, 2-7 Triple Draw and Big-O.
