Atlantic City, City Council decision could trouble Revel

ATLANTIC CITY -- The Revel's conundrums rumble on, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer. City Council has just approved redevelopers for the area where the Revel is located, the report said. This could, in theory, afford them the ability to condemn the casino, the Philadelphia Inquirer report said.
