Atlantic City: 68 casino workers arrested at protest

ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey -- 68 casino workers were arrested during a protest on Wednesday outside the Taj Mahal Casino Resort, New Jersey.com reported.

1000 people had gathered to protest workers benefits which have been reduced by the casino's new owner, the report said.

Police allegedly twice-asked a group, who had obstructed an intersection, to disperse and when they refused, arrested them for "refusing to obey an official order to move." according to New Jersey.com.
