BOSTON -- The City of Boston has filed an amended complaint against the Massachusetts Gaming Commission requesting the Court nullify all decisions made by the Commission leading to and resulting in its award of a casino gaming license to Wynn Resorts.
The lawsuit alleges there was "a corrupt process to favor Wynn, which deprived the citizens of Boston of their statutory right to vote on the proposed casino development and caused additional grave harm to the City’s residents.
The City of Boston also wants the Commission’s regulations regarding the arbitration of surrounding community agreements declared invalid and all Commissioners disqualified from participating in the gaming licensing process for Region A.
