ATLANTIC CITY -- A Bankruptcy Court judge has again rejected a sale agreement for the Revel Casino to Florida real estate director Glenn Straub for $82 million, Reuters reported.
The judge rejected the proposed agreement based on a separate appeal to the court by casino tenants, the report said.
The tenants contend that another buyer could come forward, meanwhile this is the third such sale agreement that has failed to come to fruition, according to Reuters.
