Man was arrested Saturday near the Canadian border in New York, the department wrote in a release Wednesday. With the assistance of the Buffalo, N.Y., FBI violent crimes task force and the FBI-led criminal apprehension team, Henderson police found man staying with family members in Buffalo.
Police believe during the robbery that 35-year-old man approached a cashier's cage at the M Resort, 12300 Las Vegas Blvd. South, wearing a black ski mask and black gloves and "threatened an employee with a weapon." The robber fled through the back doors with an undisclosed amount of money, police said.
