PokerStars Italy welcomes Sisal players onto shared network

PokerStars parent company, Flutter Entertainment plc, has begun the process of merging Sisal's Italian poker players onto the PokerStars platform, which they will share with PokerStars.IT players. Sisal poker players will be migrated from playing on the iPoker network in time for the €12 million GTD Winter Series, which is topped by a record €1.5 million guaranteed Sunday Million on 5 January 2025.

These Italian players will benefit from the best of both worlds: they will continue to use the same player account management system for a continuous experience but will be seamlessly migrated to the Sisal-branded PokerStars platform upon login which will create a larger shared liquidity for the Italian poker community. As well as benefiting from PokerStars’ renowned Game Integrity protections, Sisal’s Italian players will have most of the games and features available to existing PokerStars players, including:

- The Sunday Million.

- Winter Series.

- Micro Millions.

- SCOOP/ICOOP Majors.

- Weekly MTT’s including the Night On Stars, Bigs, Hots, Bounty Builders and more.

- Qualifiers to PokerStars EPT and PokerStars Open live events, including events at the recently announced dedicated poker room at Casinò di Campione.

- Carnival Series.

- Galactic Series.

- Cash Games including 6 max.

This migration will take place in time for Sisal players to play with other PokerStars.IT players in the €12 million GTD Winter Series, including a €1.5 million guaranteed Sunday Million, which is the biggest single tournament guarantee that PokerStars.IT have ever organized.
