DES PLAINES -- Rivers Casino have been handed a hefty fine by the Illinois Gambling Board for a series of infractions, according to the Daily Herald.
The casino incurred a fine of $2 million for failing to follow procedures in relation to bidding and infractions related to promotions, the report said.
The casino is alleged to have allowed a patron to enter a giveaway after it the closing date, according to the Daily Herald report.
