Chicago Gov. open to considering a casino

CHICAGO -- Chicago's Governor is open to considering a casino, CBS Chicago reports. Chicago's Mayor Rahm Emanuel, who is a proponent of the idea, has taken up the baton on the issue again, the report said. Gov. Bruce Rauner said he's open to the idea while expressing reticence on some of the social issues that gambling can create, CBS Chicago's report said.
