Riviera could be flattened

LAS VEGAS -- The Riviera may finally hit the dust, CNN reported. One of Las Vegas earliest casinos, the Riviera may be purchased by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, demolished and replaced instead with an expansion of the Las Vegas Convention Center, according to CNN. A vote on the issue is due shortly, CNN reported.
