MANILA -- City of Dreams Manila is open for business and hoping to compete strongly with other Asian casinos, the Financial Times reported. City of Dreams Manila, which opened this week, offers 380 gaming tables and 1,700 slot machines, the report said. City of Dreams Manila will hope to benefit from Macau's cooling off caused by China's clampdown on corruption, the Financial Times made note.
