Putin curbs russian illegal gambling

RUSSIA -- Russia is clamping down on illegal gambling with new legislation that covers both land and online gambling, RASPI reported. The bill, signed by Vladimir Putin recently, will see new fines and consequences introduced that will penalize violators, the report explained. Last July another bill was passed which approved designated gambling zones in Crimea, RAPSI noted.
