Gambling: Romania bets on for deficit reduction

ROMANIA -- Romania's government is embracing gambling as the means to balance it's budget, the Global Post reported. Romania needs to honour its International Monetary Fund deficit agreement and gambling will be one of the means to do this, the report said. High taxes on the gambling sector however could scupper this ambition, according to the Global Post report.
