A gambler, who insists he was inebriated beyond the point of memory, has filed a lawsuit against the Downtown Grand casino, Reuters reported.
The man, Mark Johnston, spent $500,000 during his 17 hour drunken gambling spree, the report said.
Johnston accuses the casino of plying him with free alcohol while he gambled in a drunken state and lost a huge amount of money, the Reuters report described.
There is a state law which prohibits casinos from permitting visibly drunk patrons to gamble, the report noted.
